Terms & Conditions

Commissions will be started once full payment is received via one of our listed payment methods.
A low resolution draft piece will be sent at various stages before completion for review and adjustments.
Commissions may take up to a month or longer, unless a specific date is agreed upon by both parties.
We retain the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, for any reason.
We do not offer refunds on completed pieces.
Once the piece is completed, you will receive a high resolution, non-watermarked copy via email.
Commissions may be used for personal use and printing (icons, YouTube videos, backgrounds etc.) but not resold or used for other commercial reasons, unless agreed upon prior to starting the commission. We also ask to be credited for said piece, and linked back to our homepage.
We reserve the right to post the completed commissioned piece on our own social media accounts, websites, and portfolios.
No piece commissioned from Inquisition Ink can be used for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or AI based art programs/references/commands, and will never have the permission from us to do so.
By commissioning us, you have agreed to everything stated above.
